and availability. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business
days of being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items
you ordered are out-of-stock.

Orders are generally shipped UPS ground (UPS does not delivers
to P.O. Box) or USPS.
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at checkout.
Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping

Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

Returns
If you have a problem with your order such as incorrect items
or damaged items, please contact us within 5 business days to
get a Return Authorization # and we will make arrangements at
that time to correct the problem.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Stock 23.
Claims must be made within 5 days from receipt.
Item must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for credits to be processed.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
